UPMC in Central PA is currently seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our experienced team in Harrisburg, PA. Our Anesthesiology team includes full complement of CRNAs and Physician Anesthesiologists. The ideal candidate will enjoy a rewarding opportunity to deliver quality care to our surgical patients in a robust, continually growing, and complex surgical environment.

Job Opportunity:

  • Network of seven hospitals and 160 outpatient and primary care clinics.

  • Collegial staff of Physicians, Advanced Practice Partners, Registered Nurses, and Medical Assistants.

  • Skilled and diverse team performing a wide range of surgical procedures to include Neurosurgery, Transplant, Cardiac, Obstetric and Pediatric cases.

  • EPIC Electronic Medical Record system

  • Fabias GS technology

  • Flexible scheduling opportunities

Desired Candidate:

  • Graduate of an accredited Anesthesia program

  • Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania

  • Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients close to home.

  • Comfortable with a wide variety of cases.

  • Experienced providers and new graduates both encouraged to apply.
