The Department of General Services is looking to fill the position of an Administrative Officer 2. This position works under the general supervision of the Chief of the Graphic Services Center and Customer Services Unit as a Customer Account Manager (CAM). DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, Customer Account Manager (CAM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as a project manager, including procurement functions related to the print ITQs, signage print, and mail needs of clients served by the Bureau.  The incumbent works with a great deal of independency and is required to complete analysis activities, project management, and conduct training on and off-site. Positions focus is on establishing contacts with customers up to and including executive level and Governor's Office staff to develop print specifications, analyze most cost effective/efficient form of developing the request, conduct bid requirements, if necessary, and ensure completed job is delivered timely, accurately, and meets all customer requirements.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as an Administrative Officer 1; or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
