DESCRIPTION OF WORK As an Administrative Officer, you will be the Agency Purchasing Card Coordinator and Travel Card Coordinator. This will involve handling various responsibilities, such as closely managing the purchasing and travel cards within the agency. Your duties will also include coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations, investigating any violations or discrepancies related to the cards, and analyzing fiscal data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing invoices and dealing with disciplinary issues as the primary point of contact for Labor Relations (LR). This will involve gathering and providing all necessary information to LR, offering valuable guidance to supervisors and managers, and providing professional opinions on disciplinary actions and outcomes based on thorough analysis and understanding of the situation.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
