The centers provide campus-based direct services and supports at 13 centers located throughout the state. The QIDP Coordinator is responsible for working cooperatively with other divisions and departments and for ensuring harmonious working relationships within his/her unit among staff, family members and other facility employees. The QIDP Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the use of all departmental resources. The QIDP Coordinator is responsible for training and coordination of QIDP services and data processing services. This position at times may be required to manage a partial QIDP caseload. The QIDP Coordinator performs complex consultative serves and provides technical assistance to Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) members. Some flex time, overtime, evening and weekend work will be required.Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned. May serve in an on-call status on a rotating schedule as required to meet operational needs of the facility.Professional Oversight/Monitoring and#150; The QIDP Coordinator is responsible for providing professional oversight and monitoring of all QIDP related duties ensuring that professional practices are in compliance ICF/IID Regulations and the conditions of the DOJ Settlement Agreement.
