Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll for employees accurately and on time

  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements

  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime

  • Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation

  • Generate payroll reports for management as needed

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in payroll processing or related field

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Phone etiquette

-Punctuality and attendance expected
