The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Central Office, specifically previous Detail Engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have experience building equipment racks, cable racks, fiber protections systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience installing and performing the test & turn-up of new technologies such as NEXT-GEN ROADM and OLT's. Daily travel is required on a weekly basis, company Van/Truck provided to the candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Calls out material and works with delivery team to deliver job material to site

• Complete job paperwork (ie MOP / EOJ paperwork) and conduct routine job inspections

• Maintain company standards in Safety and Quality

• Professional in appearance and performance

• Qualifications:

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• Knowledge Telco standards

• Level IV installation experience combined with Detail Engineering Experience

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and crews at one time

• Advanced knowledge of computer skills

• MUST have reliable transportation

• Must be able to travel and stay in hotels for some overnight stays
