ManpowerGroup Quality Technician in Hanover, Pennsylvania
Our client is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $23 an hour
What's the Job?
Provide world-class quality technical support to manufacturing areas and product launch activities.
Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and accepted manufacturing practices.
Conduct visual inspections and provide measurement and testing support for quality issues.
Communicate organized data and test results in a timely manner.
Support process problem-solving and failure analysis for production and engineering.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED.
2-5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, preferably in an automotive assembly environment.
Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to collect and analyze data from different sources.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
