Job Title: Lead CNC Machinist

Job Description

The Lead CNC Machinist will be the key operator in our CNC area. From the first day, you'll need to be capable of designing parts in SolidCAM, programming in g-code, performing setups (4-5 axis milling centers), conducting changeovers, tooling changes, and first part inspections. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with minimal initial training, as you'll be working on custom parts and longer runs based on sales and orders.

This is a fully on-site position in Littlestown, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Our facility is extremely clean and well-lit with partial temperature control, providing a very comfortable workspace in the machine shop. On average, we produce around 200 parts per day across all three machines, so while it's not high volume, the pace is steady.
