UTZ Quality Foods Inc Compensation and Rewards Analyst in Hanover, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 5001100505306 Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Compensation and Rewards Analyst to join our team in Hanover, PA. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this analyst will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive total rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent in a public company setting. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, adherence to regulatory standards, and implementation of industry best practices.

*This is a hybrid position, so the candidate does have to be within a commutable distance to Hanover, PA.

Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze base pay, incentive, and equity programs to ensure alignment with the company's objectives. Conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness and make data-driven recommendations. Administer annual salary review and merit programs. Assist with Long Term Incentive plans and pay equity program. Ensure all programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including SEC and public company reporting requirements. Prepare reports and analyses for audits, compliance reviews, and executive presentations to ensure SOX compliance. Fulfill a variety of reporting requests requiring data manipulation and extraction. Educate employees on compensation offerings, i.e., 401(k) and ESPP programs. Analyze employee engagement survey results for effectiveness of compensation reward programs. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to align rewards strategies with broader business goals. Mentor junior team members or analysts in the Total Rewards space.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation within a public company. Strong knowledge of compensation structures, total rewards design, and market benchmarking tools. Familiarity with SEC reporting and compliance in a publicly traded environment. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP Workforce Now). Proficiency in utilizing Compensation Analysis platforms. Advanced Excel skills.
