Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Nurse Unit Manager.

This professional acts as an extension of the Director of Nursing for the unit they are responsible for.

General Responsibilities:

• Direct and assess the quality of care being provided to the residents

• Assess residents needs and goals

• Clinical rounds

• Honor the rights and dignity of residents

• Assist in developing comprehensive plan of care

• Oversee and direct care tasks of the unit.

• Quality improvement monitoring and implementing of process and procedure.

Qualifications Required:

• Active RN or LPN license in NH

• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility Experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team

Hours:

Primarily 8am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility required based on needs of the facility
