CACI is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Systems Engineering and support the TITUS commercial product deployed to the enterprise and across multiple fabrics. The position involves triaging user issues, testing new versions, documenting development priorities and progress, capturing requirements, and coordinating/tracking vendor communication and cases. Provide support for full life cycle design, development, testing, and documentation of policy-driven software. The focus will include the extension and customization of tools used for classification string validation and comparison for access control.

More about the role:

  • Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications

  • Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements

  • Assist in the development of requirements for new tools and dashboards

  • Establish internal schedules and milestones

  • Serve as primary liaison to government leadership

  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner

  • Create an update system documentation

  • Provide meeting minutes

  • Track and respond to user issues/questions

  • Triage user issues

  • Test new configurations/software releases

  • Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios

  • Track and report testing results

  • Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations

  • Track and create cases with the vendor as needed

  • Coordinate effort with all parties to include 3rd party vendors

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.

  • 7 years of System Engineering experience. An additional 5 years of System Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 13 years. Note: Considering multiple LCATs: Level 1 to 2 with 7 to 10 years of SE experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience providing guidance on IT programs of various sizes

  • Must be a self starter and able to work independently

  • Strong and effective communication skills

  • Critical thinker who pays attention to detail

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Python,MySQL and Gitlab a plus

  • Capability to lead meetings and perform live and virtual Demos

  • Experience working collaboratively with 3rd party, Contractors, and the Government

  • Strong, familiarity with Microsoft Office product suite

  • Familiarity with Classification rules

  • Capable of developing high level documentation and guides

  • Strong, Time Management skills

  • Ability to understand and convey abstract concepts.

  • Working knowledge of testing, creating test plans, and performing various test cycles (ie: logic, end user, and performance)

  • Familiarity with cloud and server side VMs, networking, and security protocols and best practices

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 - $216,200
