Position Summary: These are seasonal, hourly positions. Part-time on the weekends and full-time during Holiday weeks. We will not rule out candidates that are only available on weekends. Employment begins in early December and goes on until mid- to late March, weather permitting. Reports to: Mountain Adventure Supervisor and/or Mountain Adventure Manager Responsibilities and Duties: - Greet guests. - Check tickets. - Ensure all guests meet height, weight, and age requirements. - Assist guests with general resort information. - Instruct guests on how to use the ride safely. - Monitor guests during their ride and ensure they are participating safely. - Assist guests as they enter and exit the ride. Qualifications: - Must be 18 or over. - Safety conscious. - Customer service oriented. - Available weekends and holidays. - Able to stand for extended periods of time, work outdoors and withstand variable weather conditions. - Punctual and prepared to perform work duties. - Able to work under minimum supervision. - Must have reliable transportation. - Able to assist other departments when needed. - Submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
