Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
The Production Supervisor is required to follow all safety regulations, work rules, and departmental specific requirements. Responsibilities include recording data manually or by computer, examining castings and products at various stages for conformance to specifications, observing machines for malfunctions, and directing workers to make necessary adjustments or repairs. The supervisor will study production schedules, estimate worker hour requirements, explain company policies, and ensure compliance with EHS responsibilities. This role also involves conducting employee training, practicing incident prevention techniques, facilitating communication between managers and employees, and conducting self-inspections for compliance verification. Additional duties include explaining specifications and job orders, establishing work procedures, recommending measures to improve production methods and quality, analyzing and resolving work problems, motivating workers, maintaining time and production records, requisitioning materials, coordinating departmental activities, resolving grievances, conducting performance evaluations, administering corrective actions, mentoring team leaders, and maintaining departmental performance metrics. Other duties as assigned.

This is a Direct Placement position.
Shifts Open:
Supervisor Openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts
1st: 7:00am -3:30pm
2nd: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
3rd: 11:00pm - 7:30am
Salary Range
$75,000 - $95,000
Depending on experience and interview process.
