ManpowerGroup Executive Assistant in Hampton, Virginia
Our client, a leading testing laboratory, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the business office supporting the team in Hampton, VA, and other subsidiaries and locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and unsupervised at times, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Hampton, VA 23661
Pay Range: $19 - $23/hr (Contingent on experience)
What's the Job?
Answer phone calls and emails with frequent daily internal and external inquiries
Compile, input and format laboratory data for review by executives and customers
Help organize industry trade and marketing events including maintaining customer database, invites, planning, and administrative support during events
Support team with scheduling, travel needs and expenses
Coordinate with carriers and shipping companies to arrange pickups and deliveries
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar, working directly with company executives in scheduling travel, appointments, and meetings/conferences
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and friendly personality with excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing needs in an environment where priorities and work flows can shift
Strong computer skills including fluency with all Microsoft Office software, Adobe Acrobat and database management
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
