We are a small ( 7-10 employee ) job shop searching for a General Manager. The General Manager will be actively involved in the day to day operations of the business.

Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements

• 3 or more years experience in welding, fabrication or millwright repair

• 1 year management or supervisor experience

• computer skills ( word, excel ) and willing to learn our system

• experience in customer service or sales

• must be organized

Daily duties will include

• scheduling jobs

• customer interactions and sales

• procurement

• QC / QA

• Working with supervisor and owner to problem solve and improve operations

• Fleet and equipment management
