JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Loparex is the world\'s leading developer and producer of specialty paper and film release liners. This position is located at our Hammond, Wisconsin site, east of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. The HR Generalist will partner with Loparex leaders to implement strategies in support of people and business goals in a value-driven, people-centric, global organization. What you\'ll do: Recruitment and Onboarding Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for production, indirect, and salaried positions Identify and utilize various recruitment channels to source a diverse pool of candidates Manage post-offer activities, coordinate new hire onboarding, conduct new hire orientation, and process new hire paperwork Provide ongoing support to managers for interviewing and selection techniques Site HR Support Respond and provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits Monitor and manage employee attendance records Prepare bi-weekly payroll within HRIS software, including the tracking and management of employee reimbursements, bonuses, and other compensation programs Provide coaching discussions with site management to resolve employee relations concerns and performance management discussions Participate in investigations, and collaborate with the HR Manager and site operations leadership for resolution Maintain and update employee records, including status updates, pay changes, and timecard corrections Distribute HR communications, ensuring effective communication between HR and other departments Assist with coordination of employee engagement events Facilitate the annual hourly performance assessment and merit process Assist in administration of leaves of absence and disa bility management processes Our ideal candidate will have the following: A bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or a high school diploma and at least five (5) years of experience in human resources SHRM and/or HRCI certification is preferred At least three (3) years of high-volume recruiting experience At least five (5) years of experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment An outgoing, friendly, personality and genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service Is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing tasks Solid computer skills, including HRIS systems; ADP preferred Must have working knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration, federal and state laws We are an equal opportunity employer.
