Responsible for daily operational flow of mechanic shop Delegate work to technicians and parts coordinator Review arbitrations and review missed opportunities with technicians Review mechanical notes and make sure we are consistent across the board Verify and address all concerns in inspection processes and make final decisions on pass or fail Look closely at aged inventory reports and prioritize work based on SOP needs Follow vehicles closely throughout the entire reconditioning process to ensure high standards for mechanical repairs are finished and in a timely manner Monitor and delegate mechanical arbitrations both auction and cross auction ARBS for inspections Enter inspection results into salesforce Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience OR 9 years' experience in a related field USD 19.18 - 28.80 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $19.18 - $28.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
