Salary/Wage: Workers will be paid no less than $17.92 per hour with at least 40 hours per week. The worker may be offered more than the stated hours per day, depending on weather and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours. Work on Saturday may be required when necessary.

Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly
Will a Bonus be available?: No, a Bonus will NOT be available.
Will Overtime be available?: Yes, Overtime will be available. Overtime hours are available as needed varying from 1-15 hours. Overtime rate of pay is $26.88 per hour.
Voluntary Pay Deductions: The employer will make pre-authorized elective deductions such as for the reasonable fair market value cost of rent and/or utilities for those employees who voluntarily elect to live in employer offered housing. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions.

Job Description: Landscape Laborer. 8 Temporary/Full-time seasonal positions available with K&R Lawn and Landscaping LLC from 04/01/2025-12/05/2025. Duties include Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Performs a variety of task, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and instillation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall unit, walks, or water features. The job will require the worker to: gather and remove litter; use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes; operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, or rototillers; water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans; prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws; spray or spread commercial fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders; care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls ; follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage; trim or pick flowers and clean flower beds; attach wires from planted trees to support stakes; plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools; mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers; rake, mulch, and compost leaves; decorate gardens with stones or plants; provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other grounds features; haul or spread topsoil or spread straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place; install rock gardens, ponds, water features, retaining walls; dispose of trash or waste materials; trim trees or other vegetation; treat greenery or surfaces with protective substances; maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning; cultivate lawns, turf, or gardens; clean facilities or sites to ensure that all waste and litter is placed in proper receptacles and all tools, equ
