This partnership has enabled us to continue the BILSTEIN tradition of excellence. Your responsibilities Leads assigned project(s) that address a challenge to the organization. Expands knowledge of the challenge within the industry so internal solution is complete; analyze ways other companies have solved a similar organizational problem. Gains support of necessary stakeholders to solidify project's success. Tests reliability and validity of research. Leads communication of project across all channels of the organization. Implements ideas and solutions. Manages roll-out of findings. Develops sound processes that can be utilized once project is complete. Contributes to team's initiatives and build strong relationships. Other responsibilities as assigned by manager. Your profile Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program. Sophomore status or above. Major that supports functional area where internship/co-op exists. Strong academic credentials minimum 3.0 GPA overall. Committed to learning and personal development. Demonstrated strong initiative and drive. Ability to solve complex problems and think creatively. Possesses and displays strong verbal and written communication skills.
