Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Perform production tasks involving handling, moving, and listing wood pieces and millwork for processing. Responsibilities include packing orders, building crates, finishing work, sanding products, and pushing boards.
Responsibilities
Move, handle, and list wood pieces and millwork for production.
Pack orders and build crates.
Perform finishing work and sand products.
Push boards and other materials as needed.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Evaluate the quality of finished products according to visual and documented standards.
Comply with the company's PPE policy.
Perform tool checks and preventative maintenance on tools.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience in production or general labor.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Carpentry or construction experience is a plus.
Experience as a pallet builder or production worker is a plus.
Pay & Shift
1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $17.50 an hour
$$ Paid weekly $$
Contract to hire with benefits offered

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
