Pool Masonry Helper - 19 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/2025-11/22/2025

Employer: Colley's Pool Sales Inc dba Colley's Pools & Spas LLC, 4953 Camp Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075.

Duties: assist with installation of inground pools and spas. Responsible for assisting stonemasons and tile setters with basic stone masonry work, including job site preparation, hand and power tool use, material handling and site clean-up. Assist with building waterfalls, stonework, tile work, plaster pool finishing, and gunite pool shotcreting.

Three months experience required in general construction or masonry.

Employer will provide transportation TRAVEL TO WORKSITE LOCATIONS WITHIN ERIE,NIAGARA,CHAUTAUQUA,CATTARAUGUS, ALLEGANY, WYOMING, GENESEE, ORLEANS, LIVINGSTON, & MONROE COUNTIES IN NEW YORK from 4953 Camp Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075.

No minimum education requirement, 3 months experience required. Must be able to lift 80 lbs.

Work days vary: Mon-Fri, Sat work required when necessary. 7am-3:30pm, 40 hours/week at $20.62/hour. OT possible at $30.93/hour. Bonuses/raise may be paid at employer's discretion based on skill, performance, tenure.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Employer will assist workers with securing housing (optional), but employer will not provide housing.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
