Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative and HR duties essential for the smooth operation of our office. General Office Administration • Greet visitors and answer phone calls • Manage office correspondence and filing systems • Schedule meetings and appointments • Provide administrative support to management and staff • Manage the purchase of supplies and equipment Human Resources • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes • Maintain employee records and personnel files • Coordinate employee benefits administration • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues • Assist with performance management and employee relations activities Payroll • Process payroll accurately and timely • Maintain payroll records and reports • Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations • Calculate and process employee deductions and benefits Finance Administration • Manage the accounts receivable ledger ensuring timely collection • Assist with accounts payable, liaising with HQ • Prepare and process sales invoices
