Ho`ōla Nā Pua and Rite of Passage have opened the first gender-specific residential treatment program in Hawaii specifically designed to provide services to commercially sexually exploited girls: Pearl Haven.

What you’ll do:

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. The primary daily responsibilities include: Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping the floors on a rotating schedule. Ensuring baseboards, doors and handrails are clean and sanitized. Maintaining daily sanitation of bathrooms, including showers, toilets, trash receptacles and floors. Removing trash from the facility daily. Ensuring all glass windows in the offices and entry doors are clean on a rotating basis. Sanitizing and wiping down desks, shelves and counters daily.

  • To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Be at least 21 years of age.

  • Have a desire to work with troubled teens.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
