NorthCare is looking for qualified applicants like you to join our Urgent Recovery Center (URC) team located in Guthrie.

URC is a place of stabilization providing an emergency assessment and intensive support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis. The URC setting allows individuals 18 and over to de-escalate from a crisis state in a safe therapeutic environment. This position is not eligible to work remotely.

Position at a glance:

• Sign on Bonus \$2500
• Starting wage range \$27 an hour with night shift differential
• (12 hour) Shift 7pm-7am;minimum 4 weekend days worked a month 3.5 days on/ 3.5 days off.
• Shift Differential of\$1/hr from 6p-10p and \$2/hr from 10p-6a
