This Position is for a Groundskeeper with a work location in Gulfport, MS.

GROUNDSKEEPER

A day in the life of a Groundskeeper:

Work with the team to perform grounds maintenance such as lawn services, maintaining shrubs and gardens, spraying insecticides and clean-up.

Outdoor building maintenance - painting, light bulbs, install and/or maintain fences.

Assist outside contractors and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Assist in supplies inventory control and upkeep of all ground's equipment.

Complete corrective maintenance by completing service requests.

Assist with unit preparation to include painting, cleaning, repairing and/or replacing appliances, plumbing, and/or electrical fixtures.

Emergency maintenance/On-Call when needed.

What do I need to qualify to be a Groundskeeper?

Previous groundskeeping / landscaping / maintenance experience required.

Excellent mechanical aptitude with ability to operate lawn equipment.

Must be able to read work orders / service requests.

Good safety habits.

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
