Great American Ventures, Inc. dba Seivers Concessions seeks 2 Food Truck Field Supervisors for permanent, full-time employment.

Job Duties: Oversee concession stand operations at various shows/events per established standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Tailor concession food offerings to the event and adjust menu accordingly. Train and supervise concession stand counter workers and cooks provide guidance on best practices in customer service, sales, and food handling and safely. Manage inventory and order supplies. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Monitor sales trends and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels, and prepare and analyze reports to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts. Conduct thorough site evaluations to assess operational requirements and ensure optimal setup for concession stands at various venues. Analyze labor requirements based on anticipated attendance and event specifics and hire appropriate staffing accordingly.

Requirements: 24 months of related supervisory kitchen and/or concessions operations experience. Drive food truck to shows within Mercer county in PA.

Wages/Terms: $20.79/hr. 40 hours per week.
