We are currently seeking a Project Manager specializing in the following area to join our Project and Development Services team. - Experience with project Construction Administration of specific value. Construction document review, day to day oversight of Construction Manager, understanding of scope of work in construction documents, experience with building MEP systems, Commissioning, RFI and Change Order Management Experience with multiple different construction management agreements. Construction Manager at Risk, Design Build, etc. Experience with deferred maintenance projects. Such as chiller replacements, boiler replacements, electrical gear, building envelopes, BAS systems, etc. of specific value. Comfort with a variety of different project types.
