The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Webfocus + Power BI SQL Server Oracle PLSQL. This role involves designing and implementing data solutions to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a hybrid model. Responsibilities * Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Power BI SQL Server and Azure Analysis Services. * Oversee the development of data models and ensure they meet business requirements. * Provide technical expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services. * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability. * Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information. * Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and other data tools. * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data technologies and best practices. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies. * Work closely with other IT teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems. * Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure successful delivery of data projects. Qualifications * Possess strong technical skills in Webfocus + Power BI SQL Server Oracle PLSQL and Azure Analysis Services. * Have experience in data modeling DAX and Mash Up Language in Power BI. * Demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports. * Show expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services. * Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. * Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. * Be comfortable working in a hybrid work mode
