Job Title: IT Analyst Location: OH - Columbus What you'll do: We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Technology Professional to join our team to provide crucial support for our HR, GRC, and Infrastructure systems. As an IT Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our software and systems, ensuring seamless integration with our existing technology infrastructure. From existing integrations, structures, to a built-from-scratch applications, you are an expert at digging in, configuring, and understanding how systems work together to create best-in-class application experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist with a practical data engineering mindset, is outcome-focused, and fosters teamwork. What we are looking for: Essential Functions: Application Platform Management: Manage and administer the organization's HR and GRC platforms, including configuration, customization, and updates to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platforms with other IT systems, applications, and databases, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and address technical issues, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks in platforms promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. User Support and Training: Provide user support, conduct training sessions, and develop user-friendly guides to empower employees in effectively utilizing GRC platforms. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements in processes and systems. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate insightful reports and analytics from platforms to assist stakeholders in decision-making and risk assessment. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and troubleshoot/resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications helping to identify cross-dependencies & cross-impacts at earlier stages of discussion embracing dependency management process for maintaining timeliness of the project. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of development and/or implementation experience for enterprise applications Proven experience (2+ years) in managing and supporting SAAS platforms. Proficiency in configuring and customizing GRC and/or HR software, e.g., SAI 360, RSA Archer, Workday, etc. Familiarity with IT security, data privacy, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure DevOps.
