Your Impact at SAM Responsible for management of SUE projects and project team Manage project performance, to include, schedule, budget and quality of the work Provide project management services including conducting project internal and client meetings Prepare SUE plans; manage project team including delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with project scope and schedule Provide utility coordination services including conducting meetings, preparing agreements and cost estimates, approving design plans, specifications and other submittals Assist marketing staff with marketing packages, proposal preparation, proposal review and presentations Identify and solicit project opportunities with current and new clients and attend marketing meetings as needed Assist in developing procedures, standards, methods and systems to improve project delivery What You Bring to SAM Minimum of 10 years of experience in SUE, Utility Design or Coordination Business development skills and experience is a must Ability to manage personnel is a plus Experience in construction engineering and inspection a plus Strong written and verbal communication experience Must be a licensed P.E. in state of Texas, or have the ability to achieve licensure in Texas Our Perks Opportunity for hybrid work schedules for office positions – Work-life balance is on us Company paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, LTD and life insurance (HSA and FSA plans available) Generous paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays and parental leave) – Accrual starts immediately 401(k) program offers 100% employer match up to 5% Paid continuing education courses and tuition reimbursement Employee Assistance Program – Your mental health is our priority No glass ceiling!
