TTEC Digital, LLC is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant in Greenwood Village, CO [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the client's business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the campaign are executed on time and within budget. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as necessary to maximize effectiveness. Engage with media, creative, and digital agencies to ensure campaign cohesion and to optimize the marketing mix. Use advanced analytics to segment target audiences and personalize marketing efforts for maximum impact. Design and implement rigorous test-and-learn strategies to continually refine campaign tactics. Develop forecasts using historical data to predict campaign performance, incremental lift, and return on investment. Compile data from various programming and database outputs to construct comprehensive analytic reports. Synthesize data into actionable insights that can inform future marketing strategies. Create post-campaign analysis reports that highlight successes, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations for future campaigns. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling, and concise presentations for clients. Present findings and recommendations to clients in a persuasive and impactful manner. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and build strong, trust-based relationships. Identify new opportunities to add value and deepen client engagement. Apply CRM concepts such as control group creation, data weighting, and assessment of statistical significance to draw valid conclusions from campaign data. Develop presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, ensuring they are impactful and easy to understand. Leverage PowerBI and other business intelligence tools to create dynamic reports and dashboards that improve decision-making and process efficiency. Automate routine reporting tasks to free up time for more strategic analysis. Support team members in the use of analytical tools and the interpretation of data. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the range of services provided to existing clients. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics, CRM, and campaign management. Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge. Utilize CRM concepts and practices (control groups, weighting, statistical significance). Create and deliver high impact, easy to follow presentations that effectively communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and impactful manner to various audiences, including nontechnical stakeholders. Utilize PowerBI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting to enhance business process efficiency. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation utilizing CRM concepts and practices (control groups, weighting, statistical significance); creating and delivering high impact, easy to follow presentations that effectively communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and impactful manner to various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders; utilizing PowerBI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting to enhance business process efficiency; and interpreting and applying statistical analysis to business problems, including an understanding of hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and predictive modeling.

The salary range for this position is $116,329 - $120,000.
