OVERVIEW

Merrick & Company is seeking a Civil Senior Engineer I to join our growing Land Development team in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office. Some travel to client sites in throughout Colorado.

Typical salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $154,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. # WHAT YOU'LL DO

Independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Works on a major project or several projects of moderate scope with complex features Receives supervision and guidance relating to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Receives direction on unusual conditions and developments. Regularly delegates the preparation of drawings, calculations, and specifications. May serve as Discipline Representative Routinely interacts with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others. Leads project meetings and makes presentations. Represents the organization and maintains liaison with individuals and related organizations. Supervises and provides training for lower level engineers and designers Expert in codes and standards Observed as a subject matter expert within Merrick. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Degree Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences in Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program is required. Minimum 12 years of experience in Land Development and/or Public Works. PE License required. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. PERKS
