Jacobs Project Coordinator - Construction (Denver) in Greenwood Village, Colorado

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of Jacobs’ organization in Denver, CO. This role plans and supports a variety of assignments related to project delivery and strategic growth of the group to position Jacobs for success. Working with other members of the team, you’ll perform a variety of activities, ranging from coordination of ongoing projects, team communication and training, document management, and support of strategic business initiatives such as proposals and presentations.

The Project Coordinator will process SAP reports regarding project closeout, work with various teams to update dashboards/KPIs, and aid in corrective actions prior to SOX audits. Ideally, the coordinator has knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and Excel to help manage reports and KPI dashboards. Communication skills are very important to engage various teams for project closeout, interface with company personnel and clients, as well as mentor and assist co-workers and customers.

• 4+ years of related experience working in a construction environment as a Project Coordinator

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in the natural gas industry

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Candidate must have excellent computer skills.

• Candidate must have excellent communication skills

• Experience with utility auditing/reconciling processes.

• Experience with SAP and PowerBI
