Robert Half Marketing Program Manager in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Description

We are in the search for a Marketing Program Manager to join a B2B/Saas company in Denver, CO. This role provides an opportunity for long-term contract employment. As a Program Manager, you will be managing several cross-functional projects, focusing on brand and product marketing campaigns, and some technical builds.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a variety of projects with timelines ranging from a few weeks to several months.

• Utilize project management methodologies like 'Waterfall' and 'Agile Scrum' to manage and deliver projects.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

• Utilize tools such as 'Adobe Workfront' or similar project management software to manage workflows.

• Ensure all projects align with corporate marketing strategies and goals.

• Manage and resolve any project issues that arise to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.

• Foster a positive work environment and help team members achieve their tasks by providing advice, guidance, and encouragement.

• Understand and adapt to the fast-paced and changing environment of the Information Technology industry.

• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately for future reference and audits.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage large, complex projects

• Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to navigate project roadblocks

• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership

• Prior experience in the Information Technology industry is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
