Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Data Center Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Data Center Systems Engineer, you will be part of the operations team supporting critical data center functions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Systems Engineer

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Pay Range: $55 to $58 per hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management in a data center environment.

• Provide customer support and coordinate with other teams for seamless operations.

• Maintain documentation and schematics of equipment and processes.

• Assist in troubleshooting and remote support for data center operations.

• Generate reports on critical infrastructure usage and performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and/or 5+ years of experience in Data Center, Networking, or System Integration.

• Intermediate knowledge of data networking (OSI Model, TCP/IP) and experience with Layer 1 through Layer 3 networking.

• Familiarity with NTP, PTP, and cabling standards.

• Ability to create detailed documentation and provide feedback for process improvements.

• Basic knowledge of industry specifications and standards such as IEEE and ANSI.
