Description We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer-related inquiries, and supporting our general property management functions. This position contributes to our organization's success by establishing an efficient customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and provide high-quality customer service

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Efficiently manage data entry and order entries

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly

• Support the local market with general property management functions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Schedule appointments as per the requirement

• Utilize Salesforce Administration and Yardi for customer service functions

• Handle email correspondence with customers and internal teams.

This job offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Capable of managing email correspondence professionally

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry and scheduling appointments

• Knowledge of Yardi and Salesforce Administration tools

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level.
