Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role is based in the field services sector and entails providing administrative support, customer service, and maintenance solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day service dashboards, bids, and work order approvals while supporting the needs of the Rehab, Turns, and Maintenance (RTM) team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries.

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Perform data entry tasks and order entry with high attention to detail.

• Schedule appointments as necessary and manage the day-to-day service dashboard.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform various tasks.

• Offer superior customer service to residents and other stakeholders.

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Utilize Yardi software to manage customer service operations. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Proficiency in data entry tasks with high level of accuracy

• Capability to manage email correspondence professionally

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Familiarity with Yardi software would be an advantage

• Proven track record of offering superior customer service.
