Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Information Technology industry, based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The position involves managing customer interactions and executing various financial processes in a detail-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain and manage comprehensive customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action where required

• Use Accounting Software Systems for financial processes

• Leverage Accurint for data analysis and customer tracking

• Use ADP - Financial Services for effective financial operations

• Implement CRM for improved customer relationship management

• Utilize Epic Software for streamlined operations

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) ensuring timely collection

• Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their concerns and queries

• Perform billing functions accurately and on time

• Administer claims effectively and in a detail-oriented manner

• Ensure adherence to collection processes and guidelines. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Collections Specialist role or similar within the Information Technology industry

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory

• Experience with Accurint is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Proficiency in CRM is mandatory

• Experience with Epic Software is required

• Must possess skills in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls is a must

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is required

• Familiarity with Claim Administration processes is necessary

• Demonstrated knowledge of Collection Processes is essential
