As a vital member of our Aviation team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we’ll depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You’ll be considered an expert within our Aviation discipline. You’ll grow professionally with us as we rise together on impactful airfield projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You’ll be leading a multidiscipline design team of site civil (Runway/Taxiway/Apron), drainage, electrical/NAVAID, public involvement and environmental staff to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets. You’ll connect with clients and support proposals, helping to advance our business development strategies. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related field AND at least 7 years of relevant experience

• Professional Engineer License (P.E.)

• Demonstrated experience leading aviation design and construction projects

• Progressive experience as an engineer and project manager in the airfield design field

• Experience mentoring and leading engineering project teams

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, proactive and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars and/or Unified Facilities Criteria

• Knowledge of airside and landside design, planning aspects and facilities (terminals)

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
