Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, 27-38 hours per week, shifts starting around 5:00 p.m.

• Pay Rate: $16 per hour, paid weekly

• Additional Benefits: Mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO

Responsibilities:

As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training new employees as they begin work.

• Constantly checking behind employees during and after their shifts.

• Filling out incident reports when needed.

• Constant communication with the lead supervisor regarding nightly operations.

• Handling any inspections or work orders that come by email from customers.

• Dusting the building or facility the supervisor oversees. If the supervisor doesn’t accomplish this, they will be required to complete it on the weekends.

• When an employee is out or missing from a facility, the supervisor is required to fill in and clean for the missing employee along with their normal duties as a supervisor.

• Confirm at the end of each shift with the lead supervisor the work is completed so the ops manager can complete tasks on Cleantelligent.

• All supplies and inventory will be logged using the program in place for inventory.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Pass a drug screening test

• Pass a background check

• E-Verify compliance

• Have your own transportation

• Be able to life up to 35lbs with out help

• Be at least 21 years of age
