Description Listed below are some of the qualifications and experiences needed to become a Team Leader: Possess a safe and productive work history Excellent attendance Possess the ability to lead/direct others Lead daily team meetings and schedule work/employees as needed Promote a positive work environment Possess a current or can acquire a Hi-Lo license Direct and train Team members Ensure all Team members adhere to and update as needed, all operator and work instructions, tagging, forms and logs to maintain compliance Promote excellent housekeeping and quality standards Possess outstanding follow up skills A solid knowledge of PLEX Requirements Duties include coordinating the overall daily functions of the team to meet production and plant goals. Some of the essential job functions include: Instruct and train team members in their job tasks, safety and quality requirements Work closely with Area Manager to minimize downtime and improve processes Ensure all administrative tasks are accurately completed in a timely manner Provide direction and training to team members that need to improve Promote a positive and safe work environment Excellent attendance and work history Ensure all team members follow work instructions, tagging, forms and logs to maintain compliance Must have current Die Set Qualifications as determined by Midway Standards Must have Current Valid Hilo License Thru LPIO Prog experience is preferred The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
