Performance Optimal Health Physical Therapy Aide in Greenwich, Connecticut

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting our physical therapists and supporting our clients on their journey to improved well-being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the physical therapists in providing patient care, including setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas

  • Assisting and motivating patients during exercise programs

  • Observing and reporting patient progress to the physical therapists

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment

  • Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and completing documentation

  • Adhering to all facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and assist patients with mobility

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required
