Job Schedule: 4/10 Work Schedule – (Monday thru Thursday)

Job Description:

Antenna Range Lead working on an indoor and outdoor Antenna Range Testing Facility. Understanding antenna theory, knowledge of antenna design and testing. Planning and scheduling multiple antennas projects, time management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Functions:

  • Clearance up to Top-Secret SI/TK

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule nights and weekends to meet aircraft delivery schedule.

  • Travel 5%

  • Understanding customer requirements developing the bid to ensure competitive pricing and meeting all standards.

  • RF principles strong understanding including frequency bands, modulation techniques, and signal propagation.

  • Experience diagnosing and resolving issues with RF equipment and systems.

    Job Qualification Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

  • Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain which requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • Must have experience with Integration / Test Engineering.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong communication

  • LabVIEW, LTS, PWA Generator, WAM
