Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the integration, troubleshooting, and testing of various Communication, Navigation, Surveillance and Air Traffic Management and Mission systems on various aircraft platforms and in Systems Integration Labs.

Candidate should have a working knowledge of Pitot Static Testers, RF Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, Multimeters and Oscilloscopes. Individual must be able to read aircraft wiring diagrams and follow aircraft technical orders and maintenance manuals. Knowledge of FAA rules for RVSM, Transponders, and Altimeter Recertification is a plus. Will be performing return to service on aircraft avionics systems.

Essential Functions:

  • Candidate should have a working knowledge of Pitot Static Testers, RF Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.

  • Individual must be able to read aircraft wiring diagrams and follow aircraft technical orders and maintenance manuals.

  • Must be willing to work multiple shifts to include nights and weekends on a periodic basis.

  • Candidate must be willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time.

    Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current U.S. Secret security clearance with no barriers to a TS/SCI level.

  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate is highly desired

  • Ideal candidate would be able to pass a FAA Class III medical exam, as duties will include flying for system testing.
