Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler – Crosswalk Systems (2nd Shift)

Location: Greenville, TX

Job Description:

Position Summary: As an Entry-Level Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components of crosswalk systems, including electronic control units, signal lights, and pedestrian push buttons. This role requires attention to detail, basic technical skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday through Friday from 3pm to midnight, with a starting pay of $14.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble crosswalk system components according to specifications and assembly instructions.

  • Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Inspect components for quality and functionality before and after assembly.

  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts and subassemblies.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Report any issues or defects to the supervisor for resolution.

  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of assembly processes.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of assembly processes and use of hand tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
