This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP.

• Under the supervision of the Trade Shop Supervisor, responsible for operation, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and repair of the wastewater treatment system.

• Operates to the best possible standards providing an uninterrupted water supply.

• Monitors Reverse Osmosis (RO) units and ancillary equipment parameters.

• Makes adjustments to Water Plant equipment, ensuring operation guidelines are followed.

• Starts, operates, and secures RO units and all associated auxiliary equipment essential to Water Plant operation.

• Monitors Water Plant chemistry making chemical adjustments as necessary.

• Maintains cleanliness of Water Plant.

• Responds to Water Plant casualties with appropriate immediate and subsequent actions.

• Ensures efficient and economical operation of station water production equipment.

• Maintains logs as required.

• Advises the Utility Branch Chief of the status of water production equipment and systems.

• Implements and maintains a safe workplace program, ensuring safety is the highest priority.

• Performs other duties as required.
