As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of residential properties. You will be responsible for pressure washing exterior surfaces such as buildings, walkways, driveways, and decks to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other stains.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing services on various exterior surfaces

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment

• Use appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals to remove stains and dirt

• Ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job

• Follow established guidelines and procedures for pressure washing

• Communicate effectively with team members, account managers, and clients

Requirements

• Experience in pressure washing or related field (5 years+)

• General Liability Preferred

• Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment

• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job

• Strong work ethic and reliable

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
