Recruiting Solutionsis seeking aCustomer Service Representativefor a Manufacturer in Travelers Rest, South Carolina! We offer a competitive starting pay of$45K per year. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong phone etiquette and strong Microsoft skills!
Customer Service Representative Benefits included:

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Process quotes, orders, and return merchandise authorizations.
- Work closely with the customer to ensure orders are received and accurately billed.
- Track orders using excel regarding customer shipments.
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide shipping and order updates.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and manufacturing team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or account management experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Associates degree preferred but not required.
- Sales experience is a plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!!
