Recruiting Solutionsis seeking aCustomer Service Representativefor a Manufacturer in Travelers Rest, South Carolina! We offer a competitive starting pay of$45K per year. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong phone etiquette and strong Microsoft skills!

Customer Service Representative Benefits included:

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes, orders, and return merchandise authorizations.
  • Work closely with the customer to ensure orders are received and accurately billed.
  • Track orders using excel regarding customer shipments.
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide shipping and order updates.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and manufacturing team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or account management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Associates degree preferred but not required.
  • Sales experience is a plus!
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!!
