Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Marketing teams generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions, focusing on driving awareness and demand for products and technologies in collaboration with PM, Sales and Channel partners. They create effective marketing programs by working with internal and external creative resources to develop videos, print advertisement, presentations, brochures, etc. that result in lead generation and product sales that support both high impact product launches and improve sales in weaker product lines by driving sales and brand preference. They also manage product launches and account capture marketing plans through marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua and define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments.

The Analyst Product Marketing will work closely with Product Management, sales and global marketing colleagues to implement and measure strategic portfolio and product-related understanding, prioritization, promotion, and education for go-to-marketing planning and commercialization success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions, focusing on driving awareness and demand for products and technologies in collaboration with Product Managers, Sales and Channel partners.

  • Incorporate VOC and analyze sales and industry data to identify potential opportunities and issues for market analysis to develop product positioning and messaging for marketing

  • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to tell the TE/BU product story and develop an effective go-to-market strategy customer engagement and response.

  • Provide support and strategic input to global marketing programs with product and technology knowledge to develop promotional and educational assets for event, campaigns and distributors

  • Support continuous improvement and definition of the product marketing role and responsible processes for collective commercialization improvement

What your background should look like:

  • Experience in B2B marketing including understanding of go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, messaging, and channel prioritization for products and systems

  • Strong verbal and written communications including being able to translate complex technical information into clear and concise value propositions

  • Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously

  • Able to effectively collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement and change management

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines

  • Analytical competency and ability to work with data

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $107,800 - $161,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
