**SUMMARY: Responsible for the development and improvement of product process solutions and handling of process abnormalities. Ensure production efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control material consumption.
• Develop and arrange monthly work plans of the process department.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of process parameters, process requirements for each process, and SOPs.
• Analyze and reduce process defects and fragmentation rate.
• Solve abnormal process problems in production line.
• Optimize processes.
• Responsible for batch introduction of new products, new processes and new materials.
• Responsible for process debugging of new equipment and formulation of process standards.
• Responsible for the development, training, daily management, supervision and coordination of subordinate process technicians.
